Hong Kong — 8 April 2024 — AMINA (Hong Kong) Limited (“AMINA Hong Kong”) has successfully begun onboarding clients for crypto-related financial services in a move that formally completes its operational set-up in Hong Kong. The move comes a few months after AMINA Hong Kong successfully received its SFC licence in November 2023 from the Hong Kong regulator.
Institutional and professional investors, including corporate treasuries, funds, family offices and high-net-worth individuals, can now formally avail of AMINA Group’s licensed services through its regulated hub in Hong Kong (hongkong.aminagroup.com).

This license permits AMINA Hong Kong to conduct regulated activities in Hong Kong to deal in and distribute all securities, including virtual assets-related products, such as OTC derivatives and structured products with underlying virtual assets; advise on securities and virtual assets; and conduct asset management for discretionary accounts in both traditional securities and virtual assets. AMINA Hong Kong’s initial product offering includes Crypto ETPs (AMINAX), dual currency notes, and capital-protected notes; additional products in response to regional demand will broaden the offering soon.
